Required buyer record
Before activation, a provider record must identify the exact service, ZIP or polygon, operating hours, exclusions, license or credential where applicable, insurance requirements, price-disclosure process, lead acceptance, and complaint contact.
The site tests the route and keeps a kill switch. It does not claim an arrival time, continuous availability, a result, or a price unless that exact statement can be proven and monitored.
- base or hookup charge
- included and per-mile charge
- vehicle and weight class
- flatbed wheel-lift or special equipment
- keys wheels and steering condition
- garage ditch or recovery work
Commercial relationships do not create a ranking
Payment can affect whether a participating provider is available for a match. It cannot be hidden behind words such as best, independent ranking, or top-rated.
When no verified route exists, the site says so and leaves the homeowner with the research and checklist rather than sending the request to an ineligible buyer.
